Began using Grace back in 2006 when Dr. Loonam was more involved. So happy with them years ago when I received a letter from UGA after a donation was made in my furbaby's name. It's a shame the same care is not given today! They don't know your baby's name. Communication is lacking. Care is lacking. So disappointed. After years of dedication to this location, I will be looking for another vet service to care for my furbaby.

Dr Dover is beyond greatness and the best ortho Doc ever. He treats not only your pet with kindness and compassion but also the owners / fur parents! The staff and atmosphere could not be more pleasant and calming. I can't say enough good things!

The staff at Grace Animal Hospitall are phenomenal!!! I cannot say enough about my recent experience as a new client for my previous Cinnamon, a 15 1/2 year old dachshund that Dr. Peterson just had to diagnose and suddenly had to help us put down from a Spleenic Mass discovered a week before she had to be put down. We had been monitoring her but she had not been diagnosed from a former vet until I met up with Grace Animal Hospital. Hailey at the front desk, Elizabeth and one other with whom I accidently did not recently get her name, Meagan, Claire, Nichole, Hailey again, Whitney and Dr. Peterson all need be given a big kudos for helping Cinnamon in such a short period of time and taking care of her in our special time of need as well as us humans too like me and my family in such a caring and compassionate and empathetic professional manner to say the least. Words cannot express our appreciation!!! You all will go down in my dogs history and life as the best caregivers of all. I can not thank you all and all of the staff at Grace Animal Hospital. These folks are phenomenal in their care of animals.

Grace is the absolute best! We use Dr. Jordan mainly and he has always been great with my dog Hunter! Hunter is very very anxious after a bad experience at our previous vets office so coming to Grace where they have a no fear policy has been amazing. They are very understanding and kind. I am 100% a helicopter dog parent so I text them about every little thing and they are always happy to answer. I like that they have a text line and that they stay open later so when little unexpected things happen we don’t have to go to an emergency vet over something small! Their prices are also very reasonable and they try to cut down costs where they can. I like that they communicate the cost of things to you and get your approval before just completing a service and leaving you stuck with a big bill. Overall the best vet around hands down. Have 0 bad comments about them at all.
